SHIPPING

We operate on a made-to-order model (no stock held), which means all items are processed directly with our suppliers after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Delivery Time:
    Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and supplier logistics.
    A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping may be free or calculated at checkout depending on the destination and product.
    Any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Incorrect Address:
    Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Period:
    You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with current UK consumer legislation.

  • Return Conditions:
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of any customer-caused damage.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
    These items are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • How to Request a Return:

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty.


REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
