A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped. -
Shipping Costs:
Shipping may be free or calculated at checkout depending on the destination and product.
Any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. -

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of any customer-caused damage. -
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. -
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
These items are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. -
