1. Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties upon receiving my order?
It depends.
- For orders under £135, VAT is usually already included in the checkout price — you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.
- For orders over £135, HMRC may charge VAT and import duties, plus a possible handling fee from the courier.
2. What does “Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)” mean?
DDP means that all import fees and taxes are already paid by the supplier, so you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Whenever possible, we use DDP suppliers to avoid surprises.
3. How long does delivery take to the UK?
Delivery typically takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on the supplier and shipping method.
Please note that customs delays may occur during busy seasons like Black Friday or Christmas.
4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email as soon as the item is shipped.
You can track your parcel in real time.
5. Where is the product shipped from?
Our products are shipped from trusted international partners (mostly from Asia, such as China, Hong Kong, and Turkey).
Despite the distance, we work with logistics that ensure safe delivery, often using DDP shipping.
6. What happens if I refuse to pay import fees?
If you refuse to pay any customs charges, the parcel may be returned to the sender or destroyed by the courier.
In this case, we may deduct shipping and return costs from your refund, according to our policy.
7. Is it safe to order from a non-UK store?
Yes, as long as the store is transparent and provides tracking, responsive support, and clear information about delivery and taxes — like we do.
Also, paying with a credit card or PayPal gives you buyer protection.
8. Will I get a refund if my order doesn’t arrive?
Yes.
If your parcel is not delivered within 45 days, we guarantee a full refund or offer a free reshipment, depending on your choice.
9. Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
