Returns and Online Cancellation Policy

You may return any goods ordered from us if the goods are unsatisfactory, do not match their description, or do not comply with any implied terms under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Items must be returned/exchanged within 14 days (from the date of receipt) in their original condition. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) You may notify us by email at Support@revivali.com or call us before the goods are dispatched.

(b) If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return the goods to us in accordance with the clause stated above.

Please note that tax refund invoices and requests must be made at the time of purchase. This is a policy statement only, subject to change at any time, and does not affect your statutory rights.

Taxes and Duties

All prices listed include 20% VAT. For any products delivered outside the UK, the 20% VAT will be automatically removed at checkout. However, you will be responsible for any customs duties, excise taxes, and/or import VAT that may apply in your delivery destination.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed or the customer selects in-store pickup, we aim to dispatch items within the delivery timeframe shown — typically within 30 days from order placement. We reserve the right to deliver an order in separate shipments.

Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we may cancel your order (and refund it), or contact you for instructions on how to proceed. We may partially fulfill your order if only part of it is available.

Limitation of Liability
